Five Soldiers and Four TTP Fighters Reportedly Killed in Till, Orakzai
A clash was reportedly reported in the Dalin Shankai Banda area of Till, Orakzai District.
According to a statement attributed to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), militants engaged security forces in the area during an operation. The statement claimed that five soldiers, including Captain Hamza, a resident of Narowal District in Punjab, were killed and two others were injured.
The statement further claimed that four TTP fighters — Abdul Rahman, Ali, Fatahullah and Umar — were killed during the clash.
According to the statement, the fighting continued for approximately two hours.
