Major Mujahid Ali Mirani was a Pakistan Army officer who served with the 7 Azad Kashmir Regiment.
He was born on January 21, 1982, and received his education at Cadet College Larkana before joining the Pakistan Military Academy through the 105th Long Course.
In 2011, Major Mujahid Ali Mirani was stationed at the Salala check post in the Mohmand Tribal Region near the Afghan border (Durand Line).
In November 2011, NATO aircraft and helicopters carried out an attack on Pakistani military posts at Salala. Major Mujahid Ali Mirani and 23 other Pakistani soldiers were killed during the incident.
