Military Vehicle Reportedly Seized in North Waziristan
According to a statement attributed to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), a vehicle belonging to Lieutenant Colonel Naeem Ahmad was seized on the Miranshah–Bannu main road in the Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.
The statement said the vehicle was travelling from Bannu toward the Miranshah military cantonment and was carrying military and food supplies.
According to the statement, the vehicle was seized by members of a TTP SIF (Special Istashhadi Force) at approximately 6:30 p.m.
