KPK Police ASI Dost Muhammad was killed by TTP in Mardan in 2026
Mardan: ASI Dost Muhammad, additional in-charge of Khattano Police Post, was killed after unknown gunmen opened fire near Seri Behlol Labour Colony, Takht Bhai.
Police cordoned off the area and launched a search operation. Raids are underway to arrest the attackers. Case to be registered with CTD.
Police Officer Killed in Attack in Mardan
A police officer identified as Assistant Sub-Inspector Dost Muhammad, son of Ghuncha Gul, was killed in an attack in the Sarai Behlol area of Takht Bhai, Mardan.
According to a statement attributed to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), its members carried out a targeted attack against Dost Muhammad, who was serving as the in-charge of a police station in the area.
Dost Muhammad was reportedly a resident of Khaista Gul village.
