IMP claimed responsibility for ambush on army convoy in Hangu in 2026
Ittihad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP) has claimed responsibility for the ambush on an army convoy in the Kacha Paka area of Hangu District.
The group says all attackers returned back safely after the attack

5 Pakistani forces personnel killed, 7 wounded, 2 vehicles destroyed
Captured equipment: 2 Kalashnikovs, 2 boxes of G3 ammunition
Captain Hassan Mustafa of 152 Wing and two soldiers from 42 Signal Company were reportedly injured and are being shifted to Thall CMH for treatment.
Reports also indicate that a vehicle belonging to 111 Wing was set on fire during the incident.
