Abdul Rashid Dostum
Dostum, in the early 1980s, worked with the Soviet GRU and Khad, and Dostum, when he was recruited by ISI in 1993, and even PM Bhutto gifted him a house in E- 7 Islamabad.
In 2021, Turkish Military and Qatari cash made him abandon the North and enjoy his retirement in Ankara now.
Abdul Rashid Dostum escaped from there by helicopter and took refuge in Uzbekistan.
